Our Vision

Our vision is to create a world where aging is celebrated and embraced as a natural part of life. We strive to empower seniors and their caregivers with the resources, support, and care they need to live their best lives. We envision a future where aging is not seen as a burden, but as an opportunity to learn, grow, and make meaningful contributions to society. We are dedicated to promoting healthy aging, enhancing quality of life, and fostering a community that values and respects our seniors.

Our Approach

Exceeding Expectations One Patient at a Time

Gerontologi provides specialized mental health care for seniors with a concierge-level approach that prioritizes mental wellness. Our founder, Summer Brown, is a board-certified psychiatric and mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP) and Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP) with extensive experience in geriatric psychiatry. Our in-home consultations and telehealth services are designed to be flexible and accessible, providing support whenever and wherever it's needed. Our patient-centered approach involves collaboration with their healthcare team, caregivers, and social networks of our patients. We specialize in a range of conditions, including depression, anxiety, insomnia, grief and loss, and cognitive issues related to dementia and Alzheimer's. Our goal is to improve the quality of life for seniors through compassionate, customized care that meets their unique needs. In addition to our work with Gerontologi, we actively volunteer with local organizations and advocate for the mental health needs of seniors. We are passionate about improving the lives of seniors and are committed to providing the highest quality of care to those we serve.
