***Exclusively available for our Orange County residents*** At Gerontologi, we offer personalized, in-home geriatric psychiatry consultations that last a minimum of 1 hour and 15 minutes. During this time, we not only meet with the patient but also their caregivers, family members (via phone/video call if not present), and anyone integral in the patient's care. Our assessments are comprehensive, including a review of the patient's history, medications, current situation, and nutritional plan. We also work closely with other members of the patient's healthcare team to ensure a coordinated and effective care plan that aligns with the patient's unique needs.

Our team of expert clinicians is dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care that promotes optimal mental health and overall wellness. We believe high-quality mental health care should be accessible to everyone, which is why we offer our services in the comfort and convenience of our clients' homes.

Our in-home consultations are typically covered by insurance, and we will bill your insurance as a courtesy to you. However, for cash-paying patients, we offer standard fees of $300 for the initial appointment and $150 for follow-up appointments. Please note that in addition to these fees, there is also a trip fee of $70 on weekdays during normal business hours and $140 on weekends and evenings, which is not covered by insurance.

We require co-payments prior to being seen, which are a requirement of your insurance and cannot be waived or reduced by our office. The co-pay amount will be determined before your first visit once your insurance and benefits have been confirmed. This amount and applicable trip fee will be charged via credit card prior to your visit to ensure a smooth and efficient experience.
