At Gerontologi, we offer medication management services to our clients throughout California, exclusively available after the initial virtual consultation has been completed. Our experienced geriatric providers will work closely with you to develop a medication plan that is tailored to your individual needs and goals. We understand that medication management can be a complex and daunting process, particularly for our elderly clients, which is why we prioritize clear communication and education throughout the process.

 

Our medication management services include a comprehensive review of your current medication regimen, an assessment of any potential drug interactions or side effects, and ongoing monitoring and adjustment of your medication plan as needed. We also provide education on how to properly take and store your medications, as well as tips for managing any associated side effects. Caregivers and family members are encouraged to attend these visits and will receive updates.

 

Our medication management services are typically covered by insurance (with the exception of co-payment), and we will bill your insurance as a courtesy to you. However, for cash-paying patients, we offer standard fees of $150 per virtual visit.
