Our video assessments include a comprehensive review of the patient's history, medications, current situation, and nutritional plan. Our consultations are typically covered by insurance, and we will bill your insurance as a courtesy to you. For cash-paying patients, we offer standard fees of $300 for the initial appointment and $150 for follow-up appointments.

 

We also require co-payments prior to being seen, which are a requirement of your insurance and cannot be waived or reduced by our office. The co-pay amount will be determined before your first visit once your insurance and benefits have been confirmed. This amount will be charged via credit card prior to your visit to ensure a smooth and efficient experience.
