At Gerontologi, we specialize in providing personalized, boutique-level mental health care through a combination of telehealth and in-home services. For those unable to participate in virtual sessions due to cognitive or other challenges, we are proud to offer our Concierge In-Home Visit service.

This service is tailored for seniors and individuals needing specialized attention, particularly those with conditions like dementia or other cognitive impairments. Our in-home visits are designed to ensure comprehensive care in a familiar and comfortable setting while fostering collaboration with families, caregivers, and facility staff.

What Makes Our Concierge Service Unique?
 

• Initial In-Home Evaluation

Your first visit is conducted in the comfort of your home, allowing us to perform a thorough assessment in a setting that supports clear communication and personalized care.

• Fee: $300 during regular business hours.
   

• Blended Care Approach

After the initial evaluation, we typically transition to telehealth for the second and third visits, ensuring continuity of care while offering convenience and flexibility.

• If preferred, these follow-up visits can be conducted in-home for an additional fee of $200 per visit.

• Progress Review in Home

The fourth visit is generally conducted in person to provide a hands-on review of progress and make any necessary adjustments. Telehealth remains an option for those who prefer it.

• After-Hours and Urgent Consultations

For families needing evening, weekend, or urgent visits, we offer specialized services with a $150 fee added to the regular visit amount.​

• Insurance Coverage: While most of our services align with reimbursement policies from private and commercial insurers, specific concierge service fees are distinct and designed for convenience and personalized care. These charges are not covered by insurance.

• Billing: All concierge fees will be charged to the credit card on file prior to the appointment.
