Please note that there is a trip fee of $70 on weekdays during normal business hours. On weekends and evenings, the trip fee is $140, and it is not covered by insurance.

As a part of your insurance requirements, co-payments are necessary and cannot be waived or reduced by our office. The specific co-payment amount will be determined once we have confirmed your insurance and benefits before your initial visit. To ensure a smooth and efficient experience, both the co-pay and any applicable trip fees will be charged to your credit card prior to your visit.
